On a full-time, permanent basis, an exciting opportunity awaits a graduate to join an established Property Management company in Aberdeen. A full driving licence and own car is essential for this vacancy. If you are suitable and interested, we eagerly await your application!
If successful, you'll be part of a supportive team, gaining valuable experience in property management. Your role will focus on delivering excellent customer service to clients. Key responsibilities include daily banking, rental payment processing, handling supplier invoices, ensuring property compliance, and addressing queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing daily banking tasks.
- Managing rental payments and supplier invoices.
- Organising gas safety and other certification required for leased properties to comply with legislation.
- Dealing with rental queries.
- Dealing with enquiries from Landlords, Tenants and outside contractors and organising work including repairs.
- Keeping file notes and sending Inspection Reports to Landlords.
- Dealing with lease endings.
- Diary management for property viewings.
- Monitoring and dealing with requests.
Experience:
- Strong administrative skills, including data entry and record keeping.
Excellent communication skills.
Must be organised and able to work on own initiative. - Good team player.
Good IT skills on all Microsoft programmes.
Essential Requirements:
- Must have full, clean driving licence and own car.
- Previous experience in leasing or property management.
