At second interview, for certain roles, we recommend psychometric assessment to support the best hiring decision. Once you’ve identified the successful applicant we confirm the job offer and take references. We also feedback to the unsuccessful applicants.

Post-placement Promise
Your offer of employment has been accepted. We’re pleased and won’t cut and run, staying in touch throughout temporary assignments (managing payroll, pension and AWR requirements) and for the first 12 weeks of a permanent appointment.

What is the process of finding staff for my business?
The first step is to contact us. From there we’ll talk you through the process (see above) which you’ll discover is straight forward and effective, there’s an overview of what we do here.

How much will it cost?
No placement = no fee. For permanent appointments the fee is based on an agreed % of the annual starting salary. For temporary assignments it is calculated as a % of the hourly/daily costs relating to the agency worker. These will be explained by your recruitment consultant, as will the implications of Agency Worker Regulations (AWR).
