Administrator - VR/29978
Supporting a local firm within the legal sector, an Administrator is required on a full time, permanent basis assisting with legal administrative duties. This will be based in the city centre with no onsite parking, however public parking spaces available on a reduced fee.
Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will be a crucial support line and responsible for:
- Handling all correspondence, managing incoming data to electronic document system and processing/sending outgoing mail.
- Processing incoming declarations and maintaining the accounting declaration of delegates.
- Creating documents in Microsoft Office packages.
- Keeping electronic archiving system up to date with relevant data, correspondence and technical documents.
- Assisting with applications relevant to business.
- Maintaining and updating the customer database.
- Assisting with agenda, email and travel management.
- Creating and sending invoices to customers.
- Any relevant facility services required.
- Receiving visitors to the business.
Applicants to this role require:
- Administrative experience, ideally within legal, banking or insurance field.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise tasks.
- Collaborative with a team mindset, and willingness to support others where required.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
