Assistant Accountant - VR/30374
A permanent, full-time opportunity for an Assistant Accountant with a reputable and growing organisation based in the North Aberdeenshire. This role is ideal for someone with experience in preparing monthly management accounts, credit control, detailed analysis, and VAT returns. If you’re based locally and have direct relevant experience, we encourage you to apply below.
If successful you will be responsible for completing a wide variety of tasks for two separate companies within the Business.
The duties include:
- Preparing monthly management accounts.
- Preparing final accounts to statutory level ready for audit.
- Preparing of management information and costings.
- Chasing aged debt in line with credit control.
- Cash flow forecasting.
- Variance analysis.
- Detailed analysis work and completion of VAT returns.
Desired requirement for strong working knowledge of Sage 200 and Oracle.
