The Role

As a Senior Audit Manager, you will:

• Leading and managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional service and delivering strategic insights.
• Driving business development, contributing to the firm’s ambitious growth plans and revenue targets.
• Mentoring and developing a team of audit professionals, helping to shape the future leaders of the firm.
• Playing a crucial role in implementing digital audit processes and leveraging data analytics to enhance service delivery.
• Collaborating closely with senior management on strategic initiatives to drive the firm’s success.

What we're looking for

• Significant UK audit experience, ideally gained within a Big 4 or top 20 firm.
• ACA/ACCA/CA qualification (or equivalent).
• Proven ability to manage client portfolios and develop lasting client relationships.
• Expertise in UK GAAP (FRS 102) and regulatory compliance.
• Leadership experience, with a passion for mentoring and team development.
