Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Sourcing, selecting, and negotiating the best purchase package, ensuring quality, competitive pricing, and timely delivery.
  • Leveraging strong sourcing skills to identify and directly source goods from Manufacturers.
  • Handle the procurement of non-stock materials tailored to customer requirements.
  • Assisting with tender pricing and ensure all quality assurance requirements, such as data sheets, HS codes, and test certificates, are met.
  • Ensuring compliance with company and client quality management systems.
  • Resolving customer problems or queries efficiently and contributing to a smooth sales office operation.
  • Maintaining component, standard cost, and leading time within internal systems.
  • Working within a dynamic department, meeting demanding targets and tight deadlines.
  • Dealing with invoice queries and support continuous improvement initiatives.

      

What’s Needed:

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust at all organisational levels.
  • A customer-focused mindset, personal integrity, team-working skills, reliability, and a drive for results.
