Key Responsibilities:
- Approaching suppliers, clearly communicating requirements, and negotiating price, delivery dates, delivery terms, payment terms, and other relevant T&Cs.
- Building and developing relationships with key suppliers, including meeting them in person.
- Expediting and evaluating the performance of suppliers.
- Adding POs to the ERP system and distributing them accordingly to suppliers.
- Receiving purchase requests from internal departments and identifying suitable suppliers for required components or services.
- Facilitating supplier interactions with other internal departments.
- Keeping purchasing information up to date in the ERP system.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a purchasing role.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
