Main duties and responsibilities:

• Complex Statutory and Consolidated Accounts: Managing the delivery of complex statutory and consolidated accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Process and Systems Reviews: Undertaking reviews to enhance reporting efficiency and streamline processes.
• Collaboration: Liaising with auditors, professionals, and internal teams to meet deadlines and maintain strong relationships.
• Technical Expertise: Staying up-to-date with regulatory requirements (UK GAAP, IFRS) and maintaining a deep understanding of consolidated accounts and disclosures.

Applicants to this role require:

• Professional accounting qualification (i.e. CIMA/ACCA/ACA) .
• Experience with UK GAAP and IFRS.
• Be detail-oriented, organised, and focused on quality.
• Ability to work using own initiative and to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to interact with internal staff at all levels of the business.
