HR & Payroll Coordinator - VR/30106

TMM Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a fast-growing global energy service business with a progressive HR and Payroll Coordinator vacancy in Aberdeen. This permanent role will work alongside the HR Manager and initially focus on Payroll coordination for the region, whilst developing generalist experience and taking on increasing responsibility for day-to-day HR. Ideal applicants will have prior working knowledge of Payroll/Microsoft Excel, and a keen ambition to develop as an HR professional.

   

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Collating regional Payroll data for third-party provider.
  • Reviewing subsequent Payroll reports, authorising data and initiating payment process.
  • Managing employee files, monitoring absence levels and liaising with benefits providers.
  • Ownership of employee onboarding and offboarding processes for the region.
  • Supporting HR Manager with employee relations meetings/cases (involvement increasing in line with experience).
  • Providing input to a range of other HR processes and projects, including system implementation and change management initiatives following business growth.

           

Applicants to this role require

  • An aspiring HR Generalist with demonstrable Payroll experience.
  • Professional HR qualification and/ or related degree.
  • Energy industry experience (desirable), ideally with exposure to high-growth environments.
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency and strong attention to detail.
