Order Processing Assistant required to join our client, a computer support company, based in Bridge of Don. Applicants to this role should have previous procurement administration experience within a busy office environment.
Overview job description
- General administration.
- Processing renewals and subscriptions.
- Ordering software, hardware and licences.
- Updating customers on their order status.
- Assisting with job scheduling.
- Managing stock.
This position would suit a confident individual with excellent organisational, personable and customer service skills. Previous procurement experience, scheduling of jobs or coordinating teams would be advantageous to satisfy this busy and demanding role.
