Part Time Receptionist - VR/29967
Part Time Receptionist required to start ASAP, joining equipment and personnel provider within the energy sector. This role will be supporting on reception, handling the switchboard and any visitors to the building. The successful candidate will also help with invoice processing for the Accounts Department, therefore someone who is accounts savvy, holds strong communication skills and experience within Microsoft Office packages/SAP would work well. Due to nature of duties, you must hold experience in a similar role to be considered.
Reporting to the HR and QHSE Coordinator, you will be responsible for Front of House and administrative duties supporting day to day business functions.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reception and switchboard operations.
- Receiving and signing in visitors to building.
- Scanning and electronic filing of documents.
- Frank outgoing mail, making sure post is ready at appropriate time and keeping franking machine in credit.
- Ordering stationery.
- Administrative duties for personnel, including responding to applicants.
- Organising taxi bookings, and upkeeping of taxi log.
- Supporting with invoice processing for Accounts Department.
Applicants to this role require:
- Switchboard experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and Access.
- Accounts/SAP experience preferable.
