Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and reporting on management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Developing budgets and financial forecasts for the business area.
• Conducting financial analysis, comparing actual performance to budgets and forecasts.
• Analysing customer profitability to support commercial decision-making.
• Collaborating with the Commercial Team on tenders and pricing strategies.
• Improving financial processes, reporting, and working capital management to achieve KPI targets.
• Reviewing and challenging existing financial processes and assumptions to drive efficiency.
• Providing financial insights to operational teams, enhancing their financial understanding.
• Working closely with Operational Teams to identify and implement business and financial improvements.
• Performing accurate and timely balance sheet reconciliations.
• Interpreting customer contracts and assess financial and operational impacts.
• Supporting audit processes, including the preparation of audit schedules and liaising with auditors.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role.
• Background in high-volume transactional finance.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
