Accounts Receivable Assistant (Part-Time) - VR/30557
Our client is looking for a Finance Administrator on a part-time ongoing basis (18-20 hours per week), to support invoicing, credit notes, and preparing account statements. You’ll work with internal teams to streamline collections and support the year-end audit process. Ideal for organised individuals with a proactive approach to finance operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparing accurate sales invoices.
- Processing and managing credit notes as required.
- Communicating with customers via phone call and emails to ensure timely payments.
- Preparing and distributing regular account statements.
- Collaborating with Finance Managers, Project Managers, and Key Account Managers to improve collections processes while building strong relationships both internally, and externally.
- Supporting the year-end audit process by providing necessary documentation and assistance.
- Completing other ad hoc duties as and when required.
