Accounts Receivable Assistant (Part-Time) - VR/30557

Our client is looking for a Finance Administrator on a part-time ongoing basis (18-20 hours per week), to support invoicing, credit notes, and preparing account statements. You’ll work with internal teams to streamline collections and support the year-end audit process. Ideal for organised individuals with a proactive approach to finance operations.

     

Key responsibilities:

  • Preparing accurate sales invoices.
  • Processing and managing credit notes as required.
  • Communicating with customers via phone call and emails to ensure timely payments.
  • Preparing and distributing regular account statements.
  • Collaborating with Finance Managers, Project Managers, and Key Account Managers to improve collections processes while building strong relationships both internally, and externally.
  • Supporting the year-end audit process by providing necessary documentation and assistance.
  • Completing other ad hoc duties as and when required.
