Administrator - VR/30206
Joining Engineering and Maintenance provider at their site in Montrose, you will be supporting as company Administrator on a permanent basis and assisting Management Team with all business admin requirements. To be successful in this role you must hold previous admin experience, ideally in a similar role and be confident using Excel and SAP. This will be fully office based, supporting 7:30am-4:30pm Monday to Thursday, with a half day Friday.
Administration support for site in Montrose, assisting the Management Team on all business administration requirements.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Time writing from site timesheets into business system.
- Supporting with the buying from requisition to SAP.
- Booking training for all staff and maintaining employee training records.
- Managing, updating and maintaining training requirements matrix and records showing certificate/training expiry dates.
- Maintaining electronic supporting forms and registers.
- General administration including maintaining filing system.
- Updating absence chart ensuring transparency of approved holidays and absences for staff.
- Ensuring notice boards are current and kept up-to-date.
Applicants to this role require:
- Practical knowledge and experience in a similar administrative role.
- Strong Microsoft Office and Access system experience.
- Knowledge of SAP preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, with a self-motivated and disciplined outlook.
