Administrator - VR/30820
A temporary opportunity has arisen for an Administrator role in Peterhead, this role is solely office based and looking for individuals with an admin background who would be able to support multiple departments and help drive a reduction in a backlog of open work orders.
Job Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Identifying outstanding work orders using Excel reports and D365.
- Investigating the status of work orders within D365 and relevant teams folders/files.
- Locating physical goods by coordinating with key personnel across various departments.
- Managing work orders in D365, including creating system notes, closing operations, and reporting work orders as finished.
- Providing Finance with updates on closed work orders.
- Collaborating with workshop staff to reintroduce parts into ‘work in progress’ or ‘re-work’ status.
