Audio Typist (Secretary) - VR/30357
Reputable firm within Aberdeen City require a skilled audio typist to support on a 3-month temporary basis, with opportunity for it to move staff for the right candidate. To be successful in role you must, hold a strong background within audio typing (ideally within the legal field), experience within a secretarial/PA position preferred.
A list of duties have been included below, though audio typing will be the main responsibility during this assignment:
- Diary management.
- Managing calls and emails.
- Document management.
- Organising, maintaining and sharing of legal documents, to include filing, scanning, photocopying and the preparation of share files.
- Audio typing.
- Preparing letters, emails and documents.
- Document production of reports, presentations, court papers.
- Client case administration, including compliance, billing, accounts file opening and closing.
Applicants to this role require:
- Audio Typing essential, you will not be considered otherwise.
- Strong secretarial/PA background preferred.
