Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and purchasing materials, equipment, and services as per operational requirements and approved vendor listings.
• Ensuring all purchases comply with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborating with Offshore Teams to manage requisitions and resolve purchasing challenges.
• Coordinating the procurement of materials for shipyard projects.
• Working with accounts payable to resolve vendor invoice discrepancies.
• Monitoring vendor performance and assist with compliance in line with HSEQ policies.

The Ideal Candidate:

You should bring significant experience from a similar role, with a proven ability to navigate complex purchasing environments. Strong communication and organisational skills are key, as is the capacity to liaise effectively with both Onshore and Offshore Teams.
