Key Responsibilities:
- Leading negotiations on terms and conditions for tenders, aligning outcomes with business goals while mitigating risks.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to prepare and review pre-tender documentation and commercial qualifications.
- Managing vendor agreements, ensuring compliance with internal policies and handling post-tender contract oversight.
- Working closely with Legal and Project Teams to address and resolve contractual disputes or legal claims.
- Ensuring contracts adhere to compliance standards, staying informed of legislative changes and industry regulations.
- Identifying potential contractual risks and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard project outcomes.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating framework agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other contractual documents.
- Overseeing supply chain management by monitoring vendor agreements and coordinating necessary contractual amendments.
- Conducting commercial analysis on tendered projects to establish performance baselines before transitioning to operations.
- Providing training and guidance to project teams on risk management and best practices for contract handling.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience in a role with comparable scope, deliverables, complexity, and accountability.
- Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts and agreements.
- Strong understanding of legislative requirements and compliance.
- Advanced commercial and analytical skills.
- In-depth knowledge of standard contracting principles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship management with key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in risk assessment and mitigation.

- Bachelor’s degree in business management, law, or a related field.
