Crewing Coordinator - VR/30712

You’ll manage crew logistics, travel and visa requirements while working closely with Project Managers and the wider operations team to keep everything running like clockwork. Main duties and responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Scheduling and facilitating offshore crew changes.
- Liaising with Project Managers to allocate the right personnel.
- Arranging flights, accommodation, visas, and logistics.
- Tracking personnel movements and keeping everyone informed.
- Handling payroll queries and assisting with project invoicing.
- Ensuring compliance with client-specific certifications and safety training.
- Playing a key role in emergency on-call response rotas.
