Customer Service Assistant - VR/30094
A Customer Service Assistant is required on a temporary basis for 9-12 months with a company based in Dyce. Applicants to this role should offer good communication skills, manage, and handle challenging workloads and be trustworthy and reliable.
As Customer Service Assistant, you will be required to carry out various demand chain related tasks towards the Branch customer key accounts.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Creating delivery notes and certification, handling inventory, manual bagging and tagging of customer orders, organising logistics of complete orders to customer schedules.
- Booking in, QC checks and manually unloading/packing goods in of customer goods and raw materials.
- Updating customer open order reports.
- Assisting with quotations, new orders, quality documentation to API and ISO standards to comply fully with customer conformance, labelling and dispatch of goods as a support function of the Customer Service Representative.
- Supporting with stock taking and inventory.
- Liaising with production team on open orders and supporting with scheduling.
- Supporting full team with ordering office equipment, materials, and consumables – raising purchase orders and goods in.
Person Specification:
- You are able to oversee various customer service and logistic processes and are able to manage your own schedule of work, prioritising key tasks.
- You are able to handle difficult and challenging workloads.
- You have good communication skills with both customers and peers.
- You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, experience with Microsoft Excel preferred.
- Experience with operating a sales system i.e., SAP/Ariba would be preferable.
- You are trustworthy and reliable.
