Digital Team Support - VR/29098

In this position you will be providing technical support and IT configuration to different departments within the organisation. Job Purpose:
To provide administrative and technical support and configuration for all company departments with regard to:
- Management Information System and Infrastructure
- General ICT application support
Role Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the on-going build, data input and configuration and maintenance of Management Information Systems.
- Providing technical and administration support across a range of ICT services within the organisation.
- Providing “out of hours” ICT support across the company as required.
- Assisting with delivering Management Information Systems training to a range of staff.
- Providing general administrative support across the company.
- Responding to queries and information requests from colleagues and customers.
- Assisting with gathering and analysing statistical information using a variety of software applications solutions.
Required Skills:
- Ability to adopt a participative and collaborative style of working, underpinned by strong interpersonal skills that ensure effective teamwork with partner’s stakeholders and colleagues.
- Be expected to exhibit the highest standards of professional behaviour, creating effective working relationships based on mutual trust and respect.
