TMM Recruitment is partnering with a leading North-East legal firm who are looking for an experienced Executry Paralegal to join their growing, dynamic and supportive Private Client Department in Aberdeen. If successful you will be working on a full-time, permanent basis ensuring excellent client communications and handling transactions through to closure.
Job Overview and Responsibilities:
- Prior experience as an Executry Paralegal is essential.
- Participating in a team dedicated to Private Client matters and transaction management.
- Kind and understanding disposition.
- Demonstrating outstanding communication abilities.
- Displaying a strong commitment and work ethic.
- Effectively managing workload priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Case Management Systems.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.
