As Finance Manager, you will take ownership of financial planning, reporting, and accounting functions, ensuring the company’s financial health while optimising cash flow and supporting funding strategies. Working closely with senior leadership and investors, you’ll provide key insights to drive decision-making in a fast-paced environment.  

Applicants to this role require

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in financial reporting and strategic planning.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in ERP systems.
• Experience in a start-up, scale-up, or fast-growth business is highly desirable.
• Ambitious, proactive, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
