You will have proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar senior finance role in a high-growth environment to include strong leadership and team management skills, expertise in financial reporting, forecasting, and operational analysis.  You will also have the ability to drive process improvements and support business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Finance Leadership: Oversee the finance function, ensuring strong financial controls and compliance.
• Operational Finance: Work closely with operations to deliver insightful financial reporting and analysis.
• Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Strategic Planning: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow to support business growth.
• Treasury & Compliance: Oversee cash flow, treasury management, and financial controls to ensure robust governance.
