Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will play a key role in overseeing the financial operations, ensuring strong controls, and driving financial efficiency. Who we are looking for:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in financial management, reporting, and internal controls.
• Strong understanding of financial and payroll systems and compliance.
• Ability to manage and develop a small team.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Construction or civil engineering industry experience is highly desirable.
