Play a key role in a small, supportive HR Team, providing effective HR generalist support to the wider company. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly reputable energy service business in Aberdeen, where creative thinking is welcomed. The role is best suited to an experienced HR Advisor with significant prior involvement in employee relations activities and strong systems knowledge.

    

Main duties and responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Providing support and guidance to line management with regards to best practice for all HR related issues.
  • Offering employee relations support (particularly disciplinaries and grievances).
  • Collating HR data for payroll.
  • Supporting recruitment drives by updating jobs board, reviewing job descriptions and adverts, supporting with interviews, and maintaining effective relationships with recruitment companies.
  • Supporting Learning and Development initiatives.
  • Accurately updating and maintaining the HR database. 
  • Providing weekly absence reports and assisting line managers with absence management.
  • Opportunity to get involved in HR project work.

        

Applicants to this role require:

  • Prior experience in similar HR generalist role.
  • CIPD qualified or working towards.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • IT literate with and good HR systems knowledge.
