HR Advisor - VR/30255
We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor who’s keen to make a significant impact within a dynamic energy service environment in Aberdeen. This is a role where you will champion innovation, drive change and help shape a high-performing and inclusive workforce. You will provide proactive, commercially minded support throughout the entire employee lifecycle-from talent acquisition to retention and beyond.
Main duties and responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, delivering HR solutions that align with business objectives.
- Leading key change projects, ensuring compliance with legislation and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Managing complex employee relations cases and provide proactive guidance on employment law.
- Driving diversity, inclusion and fairness across all areas of the workforce.
- Supporting major transitions, including TUPE exercises, bids and organisational changes.
- Delivering on core HR functions such as recruitment, performance management and talent planning.
Applicants to this role require:
- A degree and CIPD qualification.
- Deep knowledge of employment law and operational HR experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal, coaching and influencing skills.
- A proactive mindset with strong analytical and organisational abilities.
- A commercial approach to HR that delivers value-added results.
