Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the Joint Venture Accounting Group, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Overseeing month-end close processes, including timely billings.
• Delivering accurate financial information to JV partners per JOA requirements.
• Maintaining JV master data in SAP S4 Hana.
• Standardising processes across JV assets using SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Ensuring compliance with controls and regularly update process documentation.
• Monitoring and following up on partner cash receipts and late payments.
• Assisting Field Managers with annual work plans, budgets, and re-forecast submissions.
• Monitoring changes to commercial agreements and ensure accurate financial modelling.
• Attending Partner Operational and Technical Coordination Meetings.
• Presenting monthly financial performance reports to the Asset Team.
• Handling partner financial audits and minimising claims.
• Reviewing quarterly account reconciliations and AFEs.
• Supporting the Tax Team with PRT deliverables.
• Developing close working relationships with internal teams.

Skills and experience required:

• Proven experience in upstream oil industry finance roles.
• Proficient in SAP, preferably SAP Hana.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
