As Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for organising the movement of freight.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Organising the import and export of cargo.
• Completing customs entry in the HMRC systems.
• Monitoring and managing cargo movements to destination.
• Providing professional advice and support to existing and potential customers.
• Ensuring compliance with all appropriate legislation and regulations governing the movement of cargo and the documentation relevant to it.
• Maintaining high standards of professional and technical knowledge through training, teamwork, and an awareness of market developments.
• Participating in any out of hours duty, or overtime, arrangements as determined by your Branch Manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Assisting in the general management and administration through the processing of invoices, paperwork, filing, and the resolution of any claims and/or enquiries.
