Are you ready to drive maintenance efficiency and make an impact in a dynamic energy environment? We’re looking for a proactive Maintenance Scheduler to play a pivotal role in planning and coordinating asset maintenance activities.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborating with maintenance and operations teams to ensure safe, cost-effective execution of preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Prioritising and optimising workloads, matching resource availability to critical maintenance tasks.
• Driving continuous improvement through adherence to work management processes and KPIs.
• Working closely with teams to coordinate daily and weekly scheduling, ensuring timely communication and execution of maintenance plans.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in maintenance planning/scheduling with a focus on safety and operational efficiency.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools such as SAP and Prometheus GWOS. Experience with Primavera is a plus.
• Strong communication and organisational skills to liaise effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
