Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating all data entry requests received from vessels in a timely manner.
• Analysing data to ensure that existing parts do not already exists in the database.
• Creating new parts, ensuring all information provided is accurate by reviewing supplier manuals, drawings, catalogues, working in conjunction with the superintendents.
• Maintaining accurate records of all data entry, including reporting requirements.
• Reviewing and cleansing data, keeping the system clean and up to date.
• Liaising with teams for entry of new catalogues, including accurate records of pricing and lead times.
• Liaising with teams and management for entry of services.
• Keeping informed with any updates or changes to the system that may affect the data entry process, adjusting and communicating accordingly.
