Operations Administrator - VR/30174

An Operations Coordinator is required for 3 months for a specialist technology company based in Altens.

    

As Operations Coordinator, you will support the team with required administrative duties.

          

Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Raising requisitions and POs and also goods receipt items.
  • Updating personnel tracker daily with personnel movements, holidays, offshore days.
  • Updating systems with operational and rental charges to allow invoices to be created and submitted.
  • Liaising with the team to ensure up to date with upcoming jobs and activities.
  • Organising staff travel – including keeping track of return dates to ensure where changes are necessary the personnel are notified.
  • Updating system with tool build information received from workshop promptly. Maintaining tool maintenance/build records and ensuring both electronic and hard copies are organised clearly and timely.
  • Assisting with facilities management, liaising with third parties and updating the maintenance programme.
  • Assisting with materials control – uploading certification, providing documentation for third party inspectors.

             

Applicants to this role require:

  • Good communication skills with ability to build up relationships with internal teams and external clients.
  • Extremely organised and pro-active.
  • Ability to work in a team as well as on their own.
  • Excellent computer literacy.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
