Starting ASAP, duties will include:

• Ensuring the accurate preparation and timely processing of monthly payrolls.
• Acting as the subject matter expert on all payroll-related matters, including tax, national insurance, benefits, pensions, and other deductions, providing guidance and support to employees as needed.
• Preparing and analysing payroll data to identify movements, trends, and variances against budgets or forecasts.
• Assisting in the preparation of payroll budgets and forecasts.
• Managing the preparation and submission of payroll-related documentation to HMRC.
• Reconciling and reporting on payroll-related accounts monthly.
• Ensuring payroll taxes are paid on time, and all HMRC submissions are completed within deadlines.
• Addressing payroll queries promptly and efficiently.
