Opportunity to support on a full-time permanent basis as a Project Administrator. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in project administration and project-related finance as well as experience with data input. As the Project Administrator your duties will include the following:

  • Supporting the Project Controller, Project Managers and the business to ensure projects run smoothly.
  • Overseeing, coordinating, and tracking the planning and implementation of all client-facing projects.
  • Collaborating with divisions such as Finance, Sales, and HR to ensure that project requirements are met, and timelines and budgets are adhered to.
  • Developing and maintaining project progress reports (e.g. maintaining hours versus PO value oversight).
  • Attending project meetings and provide scribing function where required.
  • Assisting with resource planning meetings.
  • Ensuring engineering timesheets are submitted on time resolving any timesheet issues.
  • Becoming proficient in WorkflowMax (the project management software) and providing basic software/project support.
  • Monitoring project budgets and process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Acting as the Finance Interface to resolve budget, invoicing, or other project queries as they arise.

      

Experience Sought:

  • Energy or renewables industry experience.
  • Experience in a consultancy environment.
  • Competent user of project management software.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, etc).
  • Adaptable to fast-changing goals and project demands.
  • A fast learner with ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Proactive, organised and efficient with a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Enjoys completing administrative, analytical and process-driven work.
  • Comfortable working with all levels in an organisation.
  • Confident, friendly, and reliable with a strong team support work ethic.
  • Hold a permanent right to work status in the UK.
