Main duties and responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Regularly reviewing applicant CVs and ensure internal options are considered before starting external recruitment.
• Coordinating personnel rotation for Rigs and forecast future recruitment needs.
• Arranging and conducting interviews with technical managers, providing timely feedback.
• Creating employment contracts and promotion letters.
• Ensuring recruitment packs are compliant and complete.
• Updating recruitment database and trackers, proactively sourcing and screening candidates for current and future needs.

Applicants to this role require:

• Previous experience in a similar, in-house recruitment role.
• Experience of recruiting for offshore drilling disciplines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
