Overview job description:

The Regional Payroll Manager is responsible for leading and managing all payroll activities across the North Europe region, including United Kingdom, Norway, Poland, Netherlands, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan. 

This role involves overseeing the regional Payroll Team to ensure the delivery of accurate and timely payroll services to all legal entities within the region. Additionally, the Regional Payroll Manager drives payroll transformation projects, standardises and improves payroll processes, manages vendor relationships, and leads change management initiatives. 

Applicants to this role require:

• Several years experience managing regional teams and/or external payroll vendors with a proven track record of ensuring high-quality service delivery. 
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements within the region. 
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team in a multicultural and diverse environment. 
• Proven experience in driving HR and payroll transformation projects and process improvements. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with HR Leaders, Business Leaders and stakeholders. 
• Proficiency in payroll systems and software, with an aptitude for adopting new technologies. 
• Willingness to travel (25%).
