They are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager (Training) to join their dedicated team and contribute to their core commercial activities, focusing on training and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering performance targets related to the organisation's core commercial activities, focusing on training from initial enquiry through to booking and payment.
- Collaborating with the Commercial Manager to generate and convert quality leads.
- Monitoring course fill rates and taking action to optimise attendance.
- Developing and implementing marketing content and activities with colleagues to generate leads and sales.
- Liaising with the Business Services Team and trainers to ensure smooth course delivery and manage training materials.
- Building and maintaining relationships with members, promoting additional benefits such as advertising platforms.
- Developing tailored training packages for members, addressing their ongoing needs.
- Staying informed about member business objectives to enhance retention and identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Actively recruiting new members, particularly through training opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system and ensuring timely reporting, following all processes and procedures to support commercial targets.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in a busy, target-driven environment, managing high volumes of training enquiries.
- Strong administrative skills with a focus on delivering an exceptional client experience.
- A customer service champion with the ability to build lasting commercial relationships.
- A proactive self-starter with a strong work ethic and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- A team player with outstanding communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to a ‘right first time’ culture.
