Key Responsibilities:

• Creating and submitting customer invoices in a timely manner.
• Preparing and reviewing journal vouchers.
• Reconciling balance sheet accounts and review inter-company balances.
• Compiling monthly revenue summaries and financial reports.
• Preparing annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and VAT returns.
• Reviewing and coding invoices.
• Liaising with customers to follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Supporting internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Assisting in bank reconciliations, project authorisations, and statutory financial preparation.
• Developing strong working relationships across teams and departments.
• Contributing to special projects.
• Providing training for new team members and cover for colleagues when required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a similar field.
• Post-qualification experience, ideally in an audit firm or the oil and gas industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.
