This role is initially offered on a 3-month temporary basis with the view to go permanent thereafter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for customer queries about products, orders and deliveries.
- Accurately processing and managing customer orders whilst ensuring data accuracy on orders and invoices.
- Liaising with the Warehouse Team to ensure timely deliveries and maintaining updated sales and customer records.
- Creating and developing customer sales and monthly sales reports.
- Communicating feedback from customers to Key Account Managers.
- Understanding and aiming to meet sales targets.
- Staying up to date with new products and features.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the line manager.
Applicants to this position require:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Sage 200 and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- High level of dedication and a team player mentality.
- Ability to provide high-quality customer service and work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Good analytical, planning, and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
