Sales Administrator - VR/30509
Are you ready to step into a fast-paced, dynamic role with a UK’s leading supply company? A proactive Sales Administrator is needed to join a dedicated team-based Aberdeen.
In this role, you will be processing orders and setting up quotations.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Professionally and promptly communicating with clients via email, phone, and other channels, sourcing products not held in stock when necessary.
- Managing customer orders from start to finish, liaising with the Warehouse and Delivery Teams to ensure goods are correctly prepared and dispatched on time.
- Handling any changes to purchase orders and ensure all administrative paperwork is meticulously maintained, from order preparation to invoicing.
- Providing excellent aftersales support, assisting clients with any queries or delivery issues and ensuring a smooth service throughout.
- Assisting and supporting other departments when needed.
What is required from you?
Essential Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – daily correspondence with clients and suppliers via email and phone is required.
- Competency with Microsoft applications, particularly Outlook and Excel.
Desirable Traits:
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing business needs.
Please note - Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm (with flexibility and occasional weekend work on a rota basis).
