Sales Coordinator - VR/29555
Sales Coordinator required to join our client in Dyce on a permanent basis. In your role, you’ll provide excellent customer service and maintain long standing business relationships with the company’s customer base.
You’ll report into the Business Manager and be the first point of contact for customers requiring pricing, information and support on relevant products. You’ll also support with the management of quotation preparation and submission along with processing POs.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Liaising with customers over email and telephone.
- Accurately processing purchase orders, ensuring all information is correct and accurate.
- Processing credit notes and checking the validity of credit requests.
- Following up on quotations and updating quotation log with customer feedback.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Developing and managing customer account plans.
- Keeping in contact with customers to ensure the required level of sales and service is maintained, whilst updating them on new products or services the company offers.
- Accurately recording all sales calls, quotations and enquiries.
- Sourcing and processing purchase orders.
- Ensuring sales targets are met.
Applicants to this role require:
- Previous experience in a similar internal sales role.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Effective organisation and multitasking skills.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work to strict deadlines and targets.
