Key Responsibilities:

• Developing subcontract strategies and plans to support the delivery of technical services within a major international contract.
• Managing the tender process, including preparing documentation, evaluating bids, and making subcontract award recommendations.
• Negotiating key subcontracts and ensuring all approvals are obtained according to the company’s internal procedures.
• Collaborating with Legal, Tax, Insurance, and Compliance Teams to ensure subcontracts adhere to company policies and external regulations.
• Ensuring all contracts are fully executed, compliant, and aligned with project objectives.

• Expertise in LOGIC and other standard contract principles, with experience across multiple remuneration models.
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Tax, and Compliance.
• Comprehensive experience managing the full contract lifecycle, from strategy development to execution.
