As Senior Legal Counsel you’ll contribute to the strategic growth of the business, advising on complex legal issues, evaluating risks, managing transactions and compliance, and maximising value across your inter-department and external stakeholder relationships.
It’s important that you can evidence:
- Proven business, commercial and legal skills gained in a progressive business environment.
- Strong commercial drafting skills and knowledge of contractual documentation.
- Superior interpersonal and influencing skills that develop close and effective relationships with asset sellers, partners, and contractors.
