As a Senior Project Accountant, you will be critical in managing financial reporting, forecasting, and budgets, and ensuring the smooth financial operation of high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing monthly project accounts, ensuring financial and commercial reporting deadlines are met.
• Providing regular commercial analysis regarding expenditures, commitments, and contract performance to support the Project Team.
• Tracking cost recovery, resolve commercial issues, and optimise cash collection.
• Ensuring accurate and timely client invoicing, working closely with project management.
• Identifying and pursuing opportunities for revenue growth and cost minimisation to enhance contract margins.
• Offer commercial support for tenders, contract reviews, and new business proposals.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, with experience using Oracle or similar ERP systems.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting experience.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and commercial knowledge.
• Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the oil and gas sector.
