Main duties and responsibilities

• Playing a key role in managing/coordinating the company’s recruitment operations and strategy.
• Supporting the Recruitment Manager to coach/guide junior members of the team.
• Actively managing vacancies, liaising with hiring managers and external recruitment agencies.
• Staying ahead of upcoming recruitment campaigns and labour trends/challenges.
• Reviewing and improving processes, documentation (including job descriptions), agency performance and team efficiency, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation/policies.
• Producing and presenting periodic statistics/reports for HR leadership.
• Leading and supporting ad-hoc projects.

 Applicants to this role require

• Demonstrable experience of managing onshore and offshore recruitment campaigns within the Energy industry.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building/maintaining skills (internal and external stakeholders).
• A keenness/ability to mentor and upskill colleagues.
• An eye for process improvement.
