Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Aiding in the annual compliance process for all group companies, involving the gathering and analysis of the underlying accounting data.
• Supporting the preparation and submission of returns and claims for all fields, for bi-annual submission to HMRC, including the necessary supporting analysis.
• Assisting in managing administration, which includes maintaining assessment histories and summaries of expenditure claims.
• Compiling and analysing accounting data to facilitate the preparation of monthly VAT returns and ensure ongoing VAT compliance and risk management.
• Assisting the Lead Tax Analyst in completing and submitting customs and excise returns.
• Contributing to the preparation and submission of employment taxes returns that the team is responsible for.
• Providing support to the team in delivering group/statutory tax reporting.
• Assisting with any other tax-related project work as needed.
