Workshop Supervisor, Coil Tubing - VR/30173
We are currently looking for a Workshop Supervisor to join our client’s Coiled Tubing Team. This position is full time and the successful candidate will be aligned to company values by demonstrating that safety and performance is priority, can work well in a team and be enthusiastic and energetic about the work they do.
The role is to organise, coordinate and supervise all workshop activities to ensure high quality and flawless operations to ensure customer expectations and requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Promoting health and safety and quality assurance at work.
- Equipment readiness plan for operational forecast.
- Updating operations coordinator regularly.
- Managing workshop personnel.
- Managing maintenance and equipment strategy.
- Managing and control equipment inspection and certification.
We are seeking candidate with proven experience managing and supervising teams within an oilfield workshop environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the maintenance and upkeep of coiled tubing and pressure pumping equipment.
