The Best Linkedin Post I've Ever Seen!

Life during lockdown is tough on everyone.

OK, it is degrees of tough. We're not front line workers, we don't work in the NHS. But family members and friends do. We worry for them and, 8 weeks in, we are really missing the daily contact with our clients, candidates and each other.

We miss the fun of working together, the banter, camaraderie and contributing to a shared goal.

One of the things that sets us apart is our team spirit. It is so important to us that Spirit is one of our core values. We needed an outlet for our frustrated team spirit so we reflected on the things we've done in the past that have created joy.

Top of the list has to be our Christmas videos. They created a lot of joy for us and certainly some joy for others.

That was it decided, we needed to make a lockdown video.

So, here it is. Our latest team video is an adaptation for our times, sharing with infamous TMM Recruitment Spirit how we've been getting through this crisis period.

We loved producing it and wondered if others might enjoy watching it too. We shared it and received our highest engagement ever, proving that right now, people appreciate a thoughtful, honest, (slightly) entertaining story with feel good factor.
