TMM Recruitment is delighted to become a Young Person’s Guarantee employer.
The Young Person’s Guarantee is a joint commitment to provide opportunities for all 16 - 24-year-olds in Scotland through jobs, apprenticeships, further and higher education, training programmes, and volunteering.
Our commitment has been recognised for the interactive employability support activities we run with pupils on CV writing and job interview preparation, and our annual art competition, My Future Aspirations, which challenges S1 and S2 pupils to think about their future careers.
DYW North East has been a fantastic support, helping us establish a partnership with our neighbouring school, Harlaw Academy, and raising awareness of our art competition with schools across the region – which we hope will be even bigger and better this year.
